HOW TO ORDER?
STEP 1
Send me an email to [email protected] with the subject "Commission request". The email must contain:
— A description of your idea as detailed as possible. Don't be afraid to send references! This will make the process much easier for me. I will work with a greater understanding of what you have in mind and you will be more satisfied with the finish.— If I don't understand what you are asking or need more information to be able to work, I will let you know as soon as possible. You will have an answer during my working hours.— There may be some confusion with the language, try to express yourself as clearly as possible and avoid excessive use of informal expressions. The point is to achieve a fluent and pleasant communication.STEP 2In order to start working on your commission, an upfront payment will always be requested, mostly by Paypal (I accept payments in EUR). I will not accept half payments, these are risks that as an artist I cannot take. Once the payment is received I will start with the initial sketch.STEP 3Consultation > Sketch > Approval > Inking and coloring > Approval > Finished > Download files from Google Drive folder.— There is a maximum of 3 revisions during the sketch process. Minor changes will be accepted once colored.
Important! Large changes to the final work will require an additional charge, not something that usually happens, but we can avoid it by being clear and concise in Step 1.— Delivery time will depend on the complexity of the work, but generally ranges from 1 to 2 weeks.— Your finished commission will be uploaded to a Google Drive folder. A download link will be sent to you.I hope we can work together soon!

By accepting the commission you agree to my T.O.S. Please read these terms carefully and thoroughly.
Violation of any of these terms will result in prohibition from working with me again in the future.
GENERAL INFORMATIONThe prices of my commissions apply to both digital and traditional illustrations, but if you prefer a physical hand-painted order, a plus will be added to the final price for the use of materials and shipping.• What I will draw:
— Fanart
— Portraits
— Original characters
— NSFW (light and explicit)
— Gore (light and explicit)• What I won't draw:
— Highly detailed backgrounds or hyperrealism.
— Overly complicated mechas or armors.
— Any kind of hate content / NFTIf you want a commission for commercial use, the price will be increased. Please ask me for more information.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE— Once your commission is ready you will receive 2 files: one with high quality and other with lower quality so you can post it on your socials. The deadline to download this files is 10 days.— All my illustrations will bear my signature, except for commercial art.— As an artist I reserve the right to cancel the order at any time if I don't feel comfortable or if I don't have enough time to deliver it on time. If this occurs, the full amount will be refunded to the client. If you need your commission for a specific date, let me know in the email as well.— My tastes as well as my technique are constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the artwork you will receive (outlining style, coloring method, composition...). They can be very subtle changes, but keep this in mind.
COPYRIGHT - USAGE POLICYAs an artist I have all rights to the work produced, as long as I have written authorization. Therefore:
— I have the right to publish/display the image on any of my socials or future artbooks.— The image may be displayed as an example in my portfolio or in any social network.— To get a tattoo of my illustration, 50% of the value of the illustration must be paid for rights of use. But if the client asks me for a commission for the tattoo, no extra charge will be applied.As a client you have the right to:
— Publish the final artwork social networks or websites with due credit (non-profit). The publication of the low resolution version of the artwork will always be appreciated! This will help you avoid possible thieves.— Print the illustration or use it as an icon in your networks, as long as it is for your own use.Likewise, as a client, you don't have the right to:
— Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.— Take credit for any of my work or impersonate me.— Remove my signatures or watermarks.
REFUNDS— 100% of the payment will be refunded in the cases mentioned above. But if the client decides to stop continuing with the commission already started, only the 50% of the payment will be refunded.— It's not usual, but if the client behaves in an abusive or strange way I will refuse to work with that client in the future, and therefore the full amount will be refunded.
These terms may be subject to change without notice.
Changes will not be applied retrospectively.
